The Pannonian Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association) processes personal data in accordance with applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Association may collect the following personal data: participant’s name and surname, date of birth / age, parent/guardian’s name and contact information (telephone, e-mail), data related to membership and participation in activities, photos and videos from training and events. In special cases: health notes (exclusively with parental consent and if necessary for safety).

Personal data is collected for the purpose of: organizing and implementing sports activities, projects and events, keeping records of members, communicating with parents/guardians, ensuring the safety of participants, promoting the Association’s activities (photos and video content).

Data is processed on the basis of: parental/guardian consent (for minors), legal obligations of the Association, legitimate interest (organizing activities and providing information).

The Association takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

The data is kept only for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, or in accordance with legal obligations.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except: when necessary for the implementation of activities (e.g. competitions), when there is a legal obligation.

Members, participants, and parents/guardians have the right to: request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent at any time.

The Association reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy in order to comply with regulations or changes in its work. This Privacy Policy enters into force on the day of publication.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
