Senad Grošić

Even though almost everything is known about Osijek’s favorite rider, Senad Grošić, we’ve decided to shed some light on the anthology issues and interesting facts about extreme spots, possibly unknown to those unfamiliar with extreme sports.

 When was the first time you’ve ridden your bike?
I think I was 3 years old and my mum got me a bike , I think it was a trike for children  I became addicted from the very first moment, thx mum 🙂

 Given that you’re a native of this area, what do you say…Austria or Croatia?
I think I’m very Croatian for an Austria and very Austrian for the Croatians 😀 hahaha,…I’m generally sooo super happy to have both sides in me, but my heart beats stronger when I cross the Croatian border 🙂

You’re sort of an ambassador for Pannonian Challenge. Can you explain when and how it all began?
It’s a looong story and it all began with with Lile and his wife around 14 or 15 years ago, I was in Budapest at some dirt jump contest, and Lile came to me and asked if I speak Croatian and that he is doing some sort of competition in Osijek if I wanna come, I asked benny Shanker about the competition and he said; dude you have to go there, best food and women in the world!!! I didn’t need more info 😀 hahahh….PC was just the best time of your life. After that I started inviting more pro riders and it’s crazy to see what a good crew like Pannonain Challenge has achieved in all those years, respect to all of you!!

 Favorite performance of your career? What about the worst?
There were some crazy good competitions and tricks, but my favorite one is to be motivated and take my bike since I was 24 years old for a ride, time flies by. The worst one was when I broke my knee, ankle and a lot of other things at a German championship and had to take a break for a few months.

 You’re also very active when it comes to music and concerts (Foo Fighters, AC/DC). What kind of music best suits your taste?
First of all I listen to Foo Fighters and AC/DC at contests because good sounds make me pumped up, but I also like a ton of other music, when I’m driving I love to listen to Kandžija i Gole žene. I love that guy, but there is also a lot of funk and hip-hop on my phone.
